From Business Jets to Linehaul Tractors
Our founder has led a successful career flying and managing business jets for a range of clients from multi-billion-dollar companies to high-net-worth families. Their meticulous approach to safety, service, and precision have earned them a reputation for excellence in the aviation community. Their company, Maven Aero LLC, is a small boutique aircraft management and consultancy company that provides full range of services to aircraft owners.
AeroFlex Logistix was founded for the purpose of applying the extensive knowledge our founders acquired in aviation, to the FedEx linehaul space. The same principles and skills that are required to oversee aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, safety, staffing, training, and financial management, apply to the trucking industry. This sets us apart from other TSP contractors and has established us as a destination employer and leader in our industry.
Meet the team
Aaron Aull, Operations Manager/AO
Since 2015 Aaron has gained extensive experience in the asphalt and logging industry both as a driver, operator, and a leader. He transferred this knowledge in 2023 over to the logistics sphere, playing a pivotal role in Aeroflex's success as a new business. He has developed strong relationships with our FedEx customer through effective communication and demonstrating superior problem-solving abilities. His leadership style has earned the respect of his drivers, our customer and our vendors alike .
Felipe Eugenio, Operations Manager/BC
Felipe Eugenio is a highly experienced and knowledgeable FedEx Linehaul driver who is passionate about the trucking industry, and champion of driver safety. His leadership and communication skills have enabled him to develop strong relationships with our FedEx terminal staff and earned the respect of the linehaul drivers.
Natasha Dunlop, Managing Partner
For Natasha, family is extremely important! Her goal is to treat all employees of AeroFlex, as part of her extended family. Nothing gives her more pleasure than knowing, caring, and celebrating moments in her family’s life. She wants every employee at AeroFlex to know they are more than a number. She has a degree in physical therapy, and a long history in the service industry. Drawing on each of these experiences, she plays an active role in recruiting and retention for our current and future employees as we expand. Her goal is to engage with the employees so that they have a voice and contribution to Aeroflex's, and most importantly, our driver's success and growth.
Hayley Aull, Managing Partner
Building on her years of experience in the classroom serving as a high school science teacher, Hayley takes her skill in research and data analysis to Aeroflex to help with the day to day behind the scenes that keep our operation thriving. Additionally, Hayley plans a key role in our community outreach program.
