Patrick Newcomb
Patrick Newcomb is a seasoned aviation professional turned logistics leader, with over 30 years of experience that span from the cockpit to the boardroom. His aviation journey began in the U.S. Navy and evolved through senior roles including Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Vice President of Flight Operations across organizations such as Mar‑Tech Engineering, Justiss Oil, Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, and JetEdge International.
Drawing on this deep expertise in flight safety, regulatory compliance, crew training, and operations management, Patrick co‑founded AeroFlex Logistix Corp. There, as CEO, he has translated aviation’s high standards of precision and reliability into the trucking and linehaul domain—applying the same rigor in safety, equipment maintenance, staff training, and performance accountability to deliver world‑class services for FedEx.
Under his leadership, AeroFlex stands out among transportation providers for its disciplined approach to operations—treating each route with the care of a flight plan, and each driver as a critical crew member. His ability to bridge the demanding disciplines of aviation with the realities of ground logistics has been central to AeroFlex’s reputation for safety, compliance, and efficiency in the FedEx linehaul network.

Aaron Aull, Operations Manager/BC
Aaron has extensive experience in the asphalt and Logging industry both as a driver, operator, and a leader. He has developed strong relationships with our FedEx customer through effective communicating and demonstrating superior problem-solving abilities. His leadership style has earned the respect of his drivers and our customer and vendors alike . He’s had a lifelong passion for music, plays the guitar and currently has content that can be downloaded from the popular streaming sites. Aaron has a love for animals and enjoys spending time on the lake wake surfing. He’s an avid football fan who roots for the Bears.
Felipe Eugenio, Ops Manager/BC
Felipe Eugenio is a highly experienced and knowledgeable FedEx Linehaul driver who is passionate about the trucking industry, and champion of driver safety. His leadership and communication skills have enabled him to develop strong relationships with our FedEx terminal staff and earned the respect of the linehaul drivers. Felipe is engaged to be married to Talia Kalemkiarian, a Registered Nurse, and they have two beautiful girls, Zoey and Chloe.

AeroFlex Logistix was founded for the purpose of applying the extensive knowledge our founders acquired in aviation, to the FedEx linehaul space. The same principles and skills that are required to oversee aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, safety, staffing, training, and financial management, apply to the trucking industry. This sets us apart from other TSP contractors and has established us as a destination employer and leader in our industry.
